Product development with extensive CAD/CAM experience. We actively use AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CAD Key, Gemini/Orion, Punch Wizard, and other software. In-house engineering available, as well as PE stamping and ETL/UL listing by contract.

Blanking, punching and folding of sheet metal and plate steel from coil or sheet stock via discreet CNC or DRO cutting/shearing lines, high-tonnage CNC punch presses with 60” minimum throat depths and over 30 tool stations per machine, CNC folding machines (including dual beam units) with an assortment of tooling, high-tonnage press brakes (including one CNC), and a variety of iron workers, hand brakes, etc.

Cutting, welding, forming, and bending of plate steel and sheet metal via CNC and manual plasma tables, manual and automated welding stations, and high-tonnage forming and bending equipment.

Manual assembly of critical components in three facilities, featuring up to 10,000 square feet of uninterrupted clear span assembly space per facility (separate from active production areas).

Extensive control panel shop featuring assembly and test stations. Authorized to produce ETL listed panels rated to the latest UL standards.

Crating, labeling and drop-shipment via flatbed or conventional LTL.
